MORNSUN start-up ICs: The low-voltage startup chips are used for DC/DC power modules, and the high-voltage start-up chips are used for AC/DC power modules. The use of SCM9601 and SCM9602 in series can extend the input voltage range to 40~5000VDC, meeting the application needs of the photovoltaic industry. These ICs are suitable for photovoltaics, wind power, high-voltage H-bridge and other fields.
